Sporothriolide, a metabolite produced by Nodulisporium sp. A21, demonstrates potent antifungal activity against R. solani and S. sclerotiorum, with EC50 values of 11.6 microM and 10.7 microM, respectively. It also inhibits conidium germination of Magnaporthe oryzae in vitro and in vivo [1].
