Recognizes human STAT 3 (Signal Transducers and Activators of Transcription 3). Species cross-reactivity: mouse and rat.

Suitable for use in Gel Supershift and Western Blot. Western Blot: 5-10 ug/ml for 2hrs at RT. Positive control: Jurkat cells.
