Sudubrilimab (HS636) is an Ig G1-kappa monoclonal antibody against PDL1 . Sudubrilimab is fused at the C terminus of the heavy chain to a TGF-beta1 receptor II ectodomain (TGFBR2-ECD), and which can sequester the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway and TGF-beta bioactivity in the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment [1] .
