Recognizes a constant region determinant found on the surface of all human alpha/beta TCR bearing T lymphocytes. Approximately 92% of all CD3 + peripheral blood lymphocytes are reactive. Does not cross-react with mouse or rat.

Suitable for use in Flow cytometry: Neat; 10 ul labels 10^6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
