Telisotuzumab vedotin (ABBV-399) is an antibody-drug conjugate ( ADCs ) targeting c-Met . Telisotuzumab vedotin consists of Monomethyl Auristatin E (MMAE), Telisotuzumab antibody and a cleavable mc-val-cit-PABC type linker. Telisotuzumab vedotin can be used to study non-small cell lung cancer expressing c-Met protein [1] [2] .
