Recognizes human Thrombospondin-1. Cross-reactivity: Thrombospondin 2 and Thrombospondin 4 (less than 5%).

Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.1-0.4 ug/ml. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. The detection limit for rhThrombospondin-1 is approximately 50 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product.
