Scientific Description
Trabedersen (AP 12009) is an antisense oligodeoxynucleotide that specifically inhibits TGF-beta2 (TGF-beta/Smad). Trabedersen can be used for the study of malignant brain tumors and other solid tumors overexpressing TGF-beta2, such as those of the skin, pancreas and colon[1][2].
