Trypanothione synthetase-IN-3 is a noncompetitive mixed hyperbolic Trypanothione synthetase (TryS) inhibitor (Ki: 0.8 microM). Trypanothione synthetase-IN-3 can be used in the study of parasites, such as L. infantum[1].
