TSLP binder-1 (compound 46) is a bicyclic peptide, which binds to thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) at the site used by IL-7Ralpha subunit, shows high affinity for TSLP, with KD of 13 nM. TSLP binder-1 reveals good stability in rat plasma and rat lung S9 fraction[1].
