Recognizes endogenous levels of human total Beta-tubulin protein and does not cross-react with recombinant alpha-tubulin. Species cross-reactivity: mouse, rat, monkey, bovine, zebrafish. Sequence Homology: chicken.

Suitable for use in Western blot: 1:1000 Incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5% w/v BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1% Tween-20 at 4°C with gentle shaking, overnight. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested..
