Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti biotin, anti goat serum as well as purified and partially purified uricase (Bacillus sp.).

Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. ELISA: 1:4000 to 1:53000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
