Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum as well as purified and partially purified Uricase [Bacillus species].

Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipiation. ELISA: 1:1000 to 1:5000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product.
