Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat, purified and partially purified Uricase [Bacillus species]. Cross reactivity against Uricase from other sources is unknown.

Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoprecipitation and most immunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Uricase [Bacillus species] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Goat IgG [H&L] (Rabbit) catalog no. LS-C60340 and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested..
