Vidutolimod sodium is a CpG-A oligodeoxynucleotide. Vidutolimod sodium is a Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) agonist, which activates plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) and triggers interferon alpha (IFNalpha) release, leading to a cascade of anti-tumor immune effects.
