VO-OHPic is a reversible, noncompetitive and selective PTEN inhibitor with an IC 50 of 46 nM. VO-OHPic attenuates apoptosis , adverse cardiac remodeling, and pro-inflammatory M1 macrophages in doxorubicin-induced cardiomyopathy. VO-OHPic inhibits autophagy [1] [2] [3] .
