Vobramitamab is a humanized B7-H3 monoclonal antibody (mAb). Vobramitamab conjugated with prodrug seco-DUBA (HY-132180A) via a cleavable linker, to form antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), the MGC018. MGC018 displays potent antitumor activity in preclinical tumor models of breast, ovarian, and lung cancer, as well as melanoma [1] [2] [3] [4] .
