VRK1/CK1-IN-1 (compound 36) is a dual inhibitor of vaccinia-related kinase 1 (VRK1) and casein kinase 1 ( CK1 ), with the K i of 37.9 nM for VRK1 and IC 50 s of 17 nM and 15 nM for delta and epsilon isoforms of CK1 , respectively [1] .
