ZJ-101 is a structurally simplified analog derived from the marine natural product superstolide A. ZJ-101 exhibits potent antiproliferative activity. ZJ-101 can target and inhibit O-glycosylation, thereby modulating the endomembrane system. ZJ-101 can inhibit cell-cell adhesion[1].
