3289-8625 is an inhibitor of the PDZ domain of Dishevelled (Dvl) protein (Kd=10.6 microM) and has an inhibitory effect on Wnt signaling. In addition, 3289-8625 can slow the growth of prostate cancer PC-3 cells (IC50=12.5 microM). 3289-8625 can be used in the study of embryonic development and cancer[1].
