HEK293T cells were transfected with pCMV6-AC-GFPvector (control plasmid, Lane 1) or Myc-DDK-tagged ORF clone of human MC2R gene (Cat# RC210483, Lane 2) plasmids for 48 hrs. Eqivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-Myc tag-HRP. Conditio: 1:1000 dilution.
