Acalabrutinib demonstrates potent on-target effects and efficacy in mouse models of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) [1] [2] . Acalabrutinib is a click chemistry reagent, itcontains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
