Scientific Description
The AEC Coloring System for ELISpot (HRP Substrate) is a chromogenic reagent in which horseradish peroxidase (HRP), in the presence of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), catalyzes colorless AEC (3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole, C14H14N2) to produce intense red spots. It is designed for ELISpot assays using PVDF membranes and is also compatible with chromogenic reactions in immunohistochemistry and western blot applications. This reagent is made for ELISpot applications.
