alpha-Chaconine (Standard) is the analytical standard of alpha-Chaconine. This product is intended for research and analytical applications. alpha-Chaconine inhibits the expressions of COX-2, IL-1beta, IL-6, and TNF-alpha at the transcriptional level. alpha-Chaconine inhibits the LPS-induced expressions of iNOS and COX-2 at the protein and mRNA levels and their promoter activities in RAW 264.7 macrophages.
