Amifampridine is efficacy in the reversal of BoNT/A (HY-P79153) intoxication. Amifampridine increases transmitter release from neuromuscular junctions (NMJs). Amifampridine can be used for Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome (LEMS) research[1][2][3].
