ERK phosphorylation induced by hANGPTL7 in THP-1 cells. THP-1 monocyte cells were serum starved for 16hr and then stimulated with ANGPTL7 (human) (rec.) (Prod. No. AG-40A-0060) (500ng/ml) for 1, 2 and 3 hrs, respectively. Antibodies against pERK1/2

  • Scientific Description
ANGPTL7 (Angiopoietin-like protein 7) is expressed in various tissues and regulates angiogenesis. Human ANGPTL7 was characterized as a potent target gene of the WNT/beta-catenin signaling pathway, and is a pharmacogenomics target in the fields of oncology and regenerative medicine. Overexpression of ANGPTL7 increases collagen expression and might exert a pathogenic role in glaucoma. - Protein. Human ANGPTL7 (aa 1-346) is fused at the C-terminus to a FLAG®-tag. Source: HEK 293 cells. Endotoxin content: <0.1EU/microg purified protein (LAL test; Lonza). Liquid. 0.2microm-filtered solution in PBS. Purity: >90% (SDS-PAGE).
