This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Rat ACE2 / Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme 2 (rR ACE2 / Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme 2; Catalog#80031-R08H; Q5EGZ1; Met1-Thr740). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
