Latrodectus tredecimguttatus (Mediterranean black widow spider)

Single chain variable fragment (scFv)-displaying phages from the IONTAS phage library lambda with a phage diversity of 1.6・10^10 were used to select scFvs, which bind biotinylated alfa-latrotoxin from the Mediterranean black widow spider (L. tredecimguttatus). Three rounds of selections were performed to enrich the pool of phages with high affinity to the toxin.

Store at 4⁰C for up to 3 months. Note, this antibody is provided without added preservatives, it is therefore recommed this antibody be handled under sterile conditions. For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20⁰C.
