This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human B7-H3 / CD276 (rh B7-H3 / CD276; Catalog#11188-H08H; Q5ZPR3-1; Met 1-Thr 461). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugated with horseradish-peroxidase (HRP).
