The binding reactivity of this antibody to CART was checked using ELISA. The in-vivo administration of this antibody in mice had no effects on the normal spontaneous activities of the animal. However, when mice were given this antibody intraperitoneally before administration of cocaine, it inhibited the expression of cocaine-induced animal behavioral sensitization (CN101280016). This antibody is recommended for studies relating to treatment of drug addiction.
