Human CD105 (endoglin) is a homodimeric membrane glycoprotein virtually restricted to endothelial cells and present on some leukemia cells and minor subsets of bone marrow cells. CD105 binds to TGF-beta1 and beta3 with high affinity. - Monoclonal Antibody. Isotype: Mouse IgG1kappa. Clone: SN6. Applications: FACS, FUNC, IHC. 50 mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 100 mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 5% Glycerol, 0.2% BSA, 0.04% NaN3 (as a preservative).
