Human CD13 is a zinc-binding aminopeptidase-N enzyme expressed on the surface of myeloid cells. IL-4 will upregulate expression of CD13 which may play an anti-inflammatory role. - Monoclonal Antibody. Recognizes the human cell surface aminopeptidase N enzyme [CD13]. Applications: FACS. Isotype: Mouse IgG2akappa. Clone: 22A5. Liquid. 50mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 500mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 15% Glycerol, 0.2% BSA, 0.04% NaN3 (as a preservative).
