- Scientific DescriptionHuman CD137 (4-1BB) is expressed on activated T cells within 24-48 hours of activation. CD137 is a type I membrane protein and a member of the TNF receptor superfamily. CD137 appears to be important for T cell proliferation and survival and induces monocyte activation. - Monoclonal Antibody. Antibody clone 4B4-1 recognizes the CRDII extracellular epitope of the human CD137 molecule on activated T cells. Isotype: Mouse IgG1kappa. Immunogen: Ectodomain of recombinant human 4-1BB fusion protein. Applications: ELISA, FACS, FUNC (Blocking). Human CD137 (4-1BB) is expressed on activated T cells within 24-48 hours of activation.
