- Scientific DescriptionHuman CD137 ligand is a type II transmembrane protein constitutively expressed by monocytes, B cells neuroblastoma cells, and some activated T cells. The interaction of CD137 (4-1BB) and CD137L can supply a costimulatory signal to T cells through CD137. The interaction can also effect a reverse signal, inducing monocyte activation, or T cell inactivation and programmed death through CD137L. - Monoclonal Antibody. Isotype: Mouse IgG2akappa. Clone: ANC5D6. Applications: ELISA, FACS, WB. 50 mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 100 mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 5% Glycerol, 0.2% BSA, 0.04% NaN3 (as a preservative).
