This antibody recognizes both common alleles of the human activating SIRPbeta1 receptor, does not recognize SIRPgamma, but cross-reacts with one of the common alleles of the inhibitory human SIRPalpha receptor.

This antibody binds both common alleles of the human activating SIRPbeta1 receptor, but ELISA and surface plasmon resonance results have shown that it reacts with one of the two common alleles of SIRPalpha, potentially yielding different outcomes when this antibody is used in assays from different individuals.
