  • Antibody Specificity
This antibody binds mouse CD226. This protein is expressed on the surface of natural killer cells, platelets, monocytes and a subset of T cells. It is involved in intercellular adhesion, lymphocyte signaling, cytotoxicity and lymphokine secretion mediated
  • Application Supplier Note
The binding of this antibody to recombinant mouse CD226-Fc fusion protein was determined using indirect ELISA. This antibody is capable of binding mouse CD226 expressed on wild-type mouse platelets in a flow cytometric assay. This antibody was also reported to promote platelet aggregation. This antibody can be used to identify CD226 expressed in platelet lysates using western blot (CN111363042).
