- Scientific DescriptionHuman CD26 is a T cell activation antigen which can be associated with costimulation. The significance of the dipeptidyl peptidase IV activity remains unknown. Characterization of adenosine deaminase binding to CD26 suggests an important immunoregulatory role. Soluble CD26 serum levels are predictive for colorectal cancer. CD26 (DPP4) has shown cell surface co-receptor activity mediating viral entry of coronaviruses. - Monoclonal Antibody. Isotype: Mouse IgG2b. Clone: 202.36. Applications: FACS. 50 mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 100 mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 5% Glycerol, 0.2% BSA, 0.04% NaN3 (as a preservative).
