Overview
- SupplierAbsolute Antibody
- Product NameAnti-CD38 [13B5B11C8]
- Delivery Days Customer9
- Antibody SpecificityThe antibody is specific for CD38. CD38 is a single-chain transmembrane type II glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 45kD, including a long carboxyl-terminal extracellular domain (258 amino acids), a transmembrane domain (21 amino acids) and a short am
- Application Supplier NoteThe antibody specifically detected CD38 by Western blot analysis. The antibody 13B5B11C8 and the commercial antibody 38C03 were used to stain B-cell lymphoma and T-cell lymphoma. Results showed the antibody specificity is comparable to the commercial antibody. Further, the sensitivity of the antibody 13B5B11C8 was higher than the commercial antibody. The antibody and the commercially available antibody 38C03 were simultaneously detected on the normal tissue chip, indicating that the specificity of the antibody in normal tissue was equivalent to that of the commercially available antibody (CN113912727A).
