The effect of this antibody on the PFC response was measured by treating spleen cells from PC-FGG-primed BALB/c mice with this antibody (Dialynas et al, 1983; pmid:6415170). Immunofluorescence was preformed preformed on spleen cells from PC-FGG-primed BALB/c mice with this antibody (Dialynas et al, 1983; pmid:6415170). An flow cytometry experiment was preformed on spleen cells from PC-FGG-primed BALB/c mice with this antibody (Dialynas et al, 1983; pmid:6415170). The effect of this antibody on antigen-specific release of IL2 by mouse T cell hydridomas (Wilde et al, 1983; pmid:6195255). ELISA was preformed with this antibody on calf fetal serum (Wilde et al, 1983; pmid:6195255). The effect of the antibody on antigen-specific binding by T cell hybridoma AODH-3.4 was determined (Wilde et al, 1983; pmid:6195255). ELISA was preformed on murine CD4 using this antibody (Freise et al, 2017; pmid:27966069). The biodistribution of this antibody in mice was determined (Freise et al, 2017; pmid:27966069). Flow cytometry was preformed on blood, Thymus, lymph nodes, and spleen cells from mice with this antibody (Freise et al, 2017; pmid:27966069). Mouse C57BL/6 splenocytes were used in a proliferation assay with this antibody (Freise et al, 2017; pmid:27966069). Mouse Blood, spleen, and lymph node lymphocyte were used for flow cytometry using this antibody (Rice et al, 1995; pmid:7539027). Multiple organs from mice were used for immunohistochemistry using this antibody (Rice et al, 1995; pmid:7539027). Flow cytomic detection was used to detect T cell depletion using this antibody (Rashid et al, 1992; pmid:1538121).
