    Human CD80 (B7-1) is a costimulatory ligand for CD28 and CD152 (CTLA-4). CD80 is expressed on activated B cells. - Monoclonal Antibody. Isotype: Mouse IgG1. Clone: P1.H1.A1.A1. Applications: ELISA, FACS, FUNC. 50 mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 100 mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 5% Glycerol, 0.2% BSA, 0.04% NaN3 (as a preservative). Human CD80 (B7-1) is a costimulatory ligand for CD28 and CD152 (CTLA-4). CD80 is expressed on activated B cells.
