Galiximab acts to decrease in cell proliferation, inhibition of the constitutively active NF-kappaB pathway, increase in apoptosis and ADCC against various B-cell lymphoma cell lines. Galiximb affects CD28 and CD152 interactions with CD80. This antibody can also be used for FC, WB, ELISA, IP and IHC.
