This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human CD98/SLC3A2/4F2HC (rh CD98/SLC3A2/4F2HC; Catalog#12206-H07H; P08195-1; Arg206-Ala630). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
