Dissociation constant of this antibody for ciguatoxin CTX3C was Kd = 2.8 nM (PMID: 12812503). This antibody was also used in combination with another antibody 3D11 for effective neutralization of ciguatoxins in vitro and in vivo (PMID: 19254735).
