BASH (BLNK/SLP-65), a B cell-specific adaptor protein, is essential for activation of calcium system by antigen receptor (BCR) and MAP kinase pathway, and plays an important role in differentiation and activation of B cells. BASH also binds to a variety of signal factors and transmits the signals to the downstream. Among them, it is suggested that BNAS2, a functionally important protein binding to the N terminus of BASH, is localized in the cytoplasm and facilitates the function of BASH. This antibody is thought to be useful for research of the signal pathway of antigen receptor as well as functional analysis of mouse BNAS2. It can be used for Western blotting, immunoprecipatation, and immunostaining.
