The binding characterization of this antibody was done using ELISA. The affinity constant of the original IgG2a antibody was determined to be 1.92 x 10^9 M^(-1). This antibody was capable of detecting recombinant CK20 protein in a western blot assay. This antibody is similar to commercially available anti-Cytokeratin 20 antibody KS20.8 in staining various human tissues. This antibody was used in the immunohistochemical staining of stomach epithelial tissues and gastric adenocarcinomas (CN113583120).
