Purified N-terminal DDK fused protein (Left lane) and lysate from HEK293 cells transfected with RC209482 containing C-termnal DDK tag (right lane) were seperated with SDS-PAGE gel and immunobloted with chicken anti-DDK tag polyclonal antibody (TA150079, 1:4000).
