Overview
- SupplierAbsolute Antibody
- Product NameAnti-Endosialin [FB5]
- Delivery Days Customer7
- Application Supplier NoteFB5 was used in immunohistochemistry experiments to determine the distribution of endosialin in cultured human cells and normal adult tissues (Rettig et al, 1992). FB5 was used in immunoprecipitation and Western blotting to characterise endosialin (Rettig et al, 1992). In hemadsorption rosetting assays with LA1-5s cells the concentration of FB5 required for 50% rosetting was determined as 3 ng/ml.
