This antibody exhibited high affinity and specificity in the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and the whole bacterial cell enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Bact-ELISA). The binding affinity of the scFv version of this antibody for fHbp was reported to be Kd= 7.03 nM (PMID: 29737965).
