The original antibody was used for an ELISA on parainfluenza virus type 3. Further the structure of this antibody was determined using cryo-EM (Stewart-Jones et al., 2018;PMID:30420505). This antibody was used for a plaque reduction assay on Vero cells infected with parental or escape variant of human respirovirus. This antibody was used for a neutralization assay. It showed here that it disrupted the formation of the HN/F complex (Marcink et al., 2023; PMID:36763666). This antibody was used for surface plasmon resonance on LuS-N71-SpyLinked-PIV3 F (Zhang et al., 2020; PMID:33097791).
