This antibody recognizes ATPase GET3 which is an ATPase required for the post-translational delivery of tail-anchored (TA) proteins to the endoplasmic reticulum.

Strong binding of the antibody 47H1_2 to ATPase GET3 was validated using ELISA. This clone is recommended for the detection and analysis of yeast ATPase GET3 whose structure was described in detail (Mateja et al., pmid: 25745174).
