- Application Supplier NoteThe binding specificity of this humanized single-domain antibody (sdAb; VHH) was tested in an ELISA. This antibody was used to generate an anti-Her2/neu and anti-human Ig bi-specific construct together with Ab04651 [C3]. The bi-specific construct was tested in vitro on BT474 breast cancer cells using a CCK8 assay and demonstrated a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of the breast cancer cells (approximately 50 times more effective than Herceptin). The bi-specific construct also exhibited a significantly prolonged stability in vivo in mice compared to the sdAb version of the antibody (CN110964113B).
